Lumio is now available in Welsh
 
Lumio™, formerly SMART Learning Suite, helps transform your lessons into active learning experiences that engage students on their own devices. Combine your existing materials with our library of resources in your preferred language, including Welsh.

Using Lumio in your language is as easy as changing the browser language. See how below.

If using Google Chrome, please follow the below instructions to change the language:

  1. 1. Select the three dots at the top right corner of the browser and select Settings
    2. Scroll down and at the bottom, click Advanced.
    3. Under Languages, select the language you like and if not available in the list select Add language and add the language from the list of languages
    4. Select the three dots at the side of the language and select Display Google Chrome in this language.
    5. Relaunch the browser to apply the changes.
    6. Open Lumio and use it in your selected language!

If using Safari, please follow the below instructions to change the language:

  1. 1. Open 'Apple' menu.
    2. Select 'Systems Preferences
    3. Click on 'Language & Region'. 
    4. Click the '+' button near the bottom of the "Preferred Languages" box. 
    5. Find and select your language. 
    6. Click 'Add.'
    7. Drag and drop the language you want to use to the top of the language list. 
    8. Open Lumio and use in your selected language!

If using Firefox, please follow the below instructions to change the language:

  1. 1. Open 'Apple' menu.
    2. Select 'Systems Preferences
    3. Click on 'Language & Region'. 
    4. Click the '+' button near the bottom of the "Preferred Languages" box. 
    5. Find and select your language. 
    6. Click 'Add.'
    7. Drag and drop the language you want to use to the top of the language list. 
    8. Open Lumio and use in your selected language!

If using Microsoft Edge/Internet Explorer, please follow the below instructions to change the language:

  1. 1. Open 'Settings.'
    2. Open 'Time & Language' settings.
    3. Select 'Region & Language' from left panel.
    4. Click '+ Add a language.'
    5. Find and select your language.
    6. Click 'Next.'
    7. Select langauge features to install.
    8. Click 'Install.'
    9. Wait for the language and features to install.
    10. Restart your PC.
    11. Open Lumio and use in your seleccted language!
