SMART Technologies Refer-A-Friend Promotion

This document serves to set forth the terms for your agreement to participate in the SMART amp Refer-A-Friend Promotion (“Promotion”). This promotion enables increased SMART amp adoption within an engaged educator community through a referral program for Discovery Star Educators (“Referrer”) to recommend SMART amp to qualified contacts (“Person Referred”), extending their 12-month trial by monthly increments for each new person referred.

1.    The term (“Term”) of SMART amp Refer-A-Friend Promotion will commence May 18th, 2016 and will continue until terminated by SMART Technologies ULC (“SMART”)

2.    This Promotion applies to individuals who received a free one-year subscription to SMART amp for being part of the Discovery Star Educators program

3.    For each Person Referred that signs up for a SMART amp trial, SMART will extend the Referrer’s trial by one month.  To receive the Promotion benefits the following steps must be completed:

1. a)    Referrer provides SMART with the email address for an individual who:
   1. •    they currently have an existing relationship (personal, family, business, or non-business) with and;
   2. •    who does not currently have a SMART amp subscription
2. b)    Each Person Referred must sign up for a SMART amp trial (60 days) from the Refer-A-Friend landing page

4.    The Referrer’s SMART amp subscription will be extended within 30 days after the Referrer and Referee has met the requirements of Paragraph 3

5.    Subscription extension limits apply at the sole discretion of SMART.

6.    SMART reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time without notice to participants.
