With a completely updated look and feel, we’re also improving and expanding the things you already love about iQ. Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll enjoy with iQ 3.0.

Roll out of iQ 3.0

We’ll be releasing the new and updated features of iQ in phases. Below is the anticipated schedule. We will update this page as the phases are completed.

  • Media streaming and playback control in wireless screen sharing (for iOS only)

iQ 3.1 Beta – Available now (beta channel)

  • Files library - create new folders, favorite, and drag&drop files into folders
  • Notebook Player enhancements - extend canvas to a larger size with a simple pan motion
  • Media streaming and playback control in wireless screen sharing for AM30 variant iQ (for iOS only)

Try iQ 3.1 Beta Today!

To set your SMART Board AM30/40 to the Beta channel, follow these steps:

  1. 1. Go to Settings in iQ by selecting the gear icon
  2. 2. Select Auto Update
  3. 3. Select Updates Channel, choose Beta Channel and select OK 

Provide feedback and suggestions for iQ 3.0 through SMART's Customer Feedback Program

Important:
When switching from the Stable channel to the Beta channel:
•    All whiteboard content, Notebook Player content, settings, etc. will migrate over

When switching back from the Beta channel to the Stable channel:
•    A factory reset will occur and you will lose all content
•    Content can be exported as a PDF to a USB key, but cannot be imported back to iQ in its original format
